I'm a Computer Science graduate with 6+ years building mobile and web products across fintech,
healthcare, real estate,
social, education, and local services. I've worked on products like Buzzy.ng, Cudship,
EthiopeAZHealth, DirectRent, and Neowork, covering React Native apps, React.js platforms,
Firebase/Supabase backends, geolocation, payments, real-time chat, authentication, and
performance work.
My strongest work usually starts where a normal figma UI/UX design ends: making the app safe,
fast, usable, and ready for people who will not forgive broken flows. I have worked on payments,
identity checks, maps, live chat, subscriptions, media uploads, dashboards, and database
performance, not just landing pages and beautiful screens.
At Buzzy.ng, I worked inside a 10-person engineering team on a fintech super-app for banking,
e-commerce, voting, events, and ticketing. I implemented complex Figma designs, optimized
MongoDB-backed flows, improved image loading, added PIN/biometric verification with email OTP
for withdrawals, and introduced video support for e-commerce ads.
As a contract developer, I built Cudship with React Native and Firebase for scale: optimized
Firestore queries, pagination, cloud functions, caching, Google/email authentication, live
location maps, nearby-user discovery, and a custom matching algorithm. For EthiopeAZHealth, I
built a two-sided health-tech app for doctors and patients with community chats, reminders,
doctor alerts, push notifications, and a $4/month VIP consultation flow.
Neowork is one of the strongest examples of the kind of software I build: products that
solve real local problems. It is a React Native gig-work platform focused on domestic and
technical jobs that global freelance platforms usually ignore, such as repairs, installations,
errands, and local skilled services. I worked around the hirer/tasker flow, GPS-based job
matching, real-time updates, proposal handling, and payment structures designed to build trust
between strangers. For me, Neowork is not just another app; it shows how I think as a developer,
taking a problem in my environment and turning it into software people can actually use.
I have also managed developers, taught software development and programming to students at
BemsSoft,taught computer hardware at Softicu and continue
to mentor developers through Watch Me Code on YouTube. I can build, explain,
lead, and turn messy product ideas into software people can actually use.
